The service is courteous and friendly. But the biggest highlight was the pizza and the beer. The menu is varied, and the traditional pizzas always come with a special touch, a unique flavor detail, and carefully chosen, high-quality ingredients. The crust is thin, crispy, and baked in a wood-fired oven. The flagship pizza is the one named after the restaurant: Zé Trembeco, which subtly combines zucchini and eggplant, perfectly harmonized with mozzarella and Polenguinho cheese. We enjoyed it with a Da Corte craft beer, a light, smooth, and distinctive witbier, which was the last bottle they had. I highly recommend it. ”

“ We stayed in Vila da Itatiaia and booked via WhatsApp to go to the location (it's about 18 minutes away). We used the dirt road, a kind of shortcut, which was a good road (July 2023). There were some potholes in some places, but it was passable. The space was well-ventilated, beautiful, and tasteful. Since we went for the all-you-can-eat option, they only served it that day. The pizzas were delicious, but if you like a very thin crust, it almost reminds you of pita bread. Of the ones I tried and liked, the zucchini, caramelized onion, pineapple with gorgonzola, chocolate, and banana were delicious. The bad part is that we ate so much and wanted the dessert pizza to leave, and we had to wait a bit. I think they could have served one or two dessert pizzas (or even waited for someone to order one instead of waiting until almost 9 pm). I couldn't take pictures of the pizza, haha, but it's definitely worth the trip ($55 per person). ”
